Sauna & Red Light Therapy

What Are the Benefits?

The Sauna

A sauna is more than a place to sweat, it's a timeless wellness ritual rooted in recovery, resilience, & longevity.

At The Studio, our infared sauna is thoughtfully integrated into your wellness journey - whether following movement, paired with recovery therapies, or enjoyed as a dedicated moment of stillness. Every session is an investment in your recovery, your resilience, & your long-term health.

Our Far Infared Sauna uses advanced carbon fiber heating panels to emit far infrared (FIR) wavelengths that gently warm the body directly.
Operating at a lower temperature, typically 110-150 degrees F (65 degrees C) instead of just heating the air, the quartz and far-infrared carbon heaters emit wavelengths that are absorbed directly by your skin and tissues. That radiant heat can penetrate more deeply than hot air alone, so a 130–150°F infrared session can have the same effect as a traditional dry sauna running at 180–190°F, with less intensity.

Red Light Therapy

Every cell creates energy. When your cells function better, your body performs better - inside & out!

At The Studio, Red Light Therapy is thoughtfully integrated into your wellness experience to complement movement, recovery, & restorative therapies.

Also known as photobiomodulation (PBM) is a non-invasive wellness therapy that uses specific wavelengths of red & near-infrared light to stimulate cellular energy production.

Unlike ultraviolet (UV) light, red light does not damage the skin or cause tanning. Instead, it penetrates the skin & underlying tissues, where it is absorbed by the mitochondria - the "powerhouse" or energy-producing centers of your cells
The Studio uses two Medical-grade 660 nm Red + 850 nm Near-Infrared (NIR) Ceiling Panels, two of the most exclusively studies wavelengths in photbiomodulation research for skin health, muscle recovery, joint support, & cellular performance

Whether you are supporting healthy aging, accelerating post-workout recovery, improving skin vitality, or simply taking time to recharge, each session provides a science-backed opportunity to invest in your long-term health
