With over 35 years of experience, Italia has evolved within the art of movement and the health industry studying various forms and styles & utilizing her vast knowledge to create an experience of her own to share with others. 


Over the course of her career, Italia has cultivated a comprehensive program that encompasses the art of movement, nutrition and longevity.
