Experience this unique fusion class that combines low-impact Pilates & Barre-inspired technique with dynamic functional strength intervals using bodyweight resistance designed to enhance deep core & full-body stability.

Basic Body Flow - Women Only
Awaken your senses, silence your mind & let your body do the talking! In our Women's Only Basic Body Flow, indulge your body in a unique movement journey that highlights slow, dance-influenced, emotionally driven movement. This class is all about flow, opening your body & understanding basic foundational movement sequences that build strength & range of motion.

Head to Hip
A targeted flexibility class designed to free restrictions in the upper body axis. Expect to improve posture & mobility, release tension in the neck, shoulders, back, & core while restoring fluid motion from the head to hips.

Hip to Heel
A targeted flexibility class designed to free restrictions along the lower body axis.Expect to improve mobility, release tension through the hips & legs & restore pain-free movement. Perfect for those seeking greater flexibility & stability

ICE Method: Floss & Flow
Discover the rejuvenating power of combining "Self-Myofascial Release" (SMR) & "Fascia flossing" using tools like foam rollers & resistance bands by targeting the connective tissue beneath the skin (fascia) to help release, stress, muscle tension, address postural imbalances, stimulate & enhance blood flow/circulation, improve gliding capacity over joints, & more!
"Fascia Flossing" is a therapeutic technique designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, & enhance tissue recovery, by targeting the connective tissue that surrounds & supports muscles, joints, & internal organs. It involves dynamic, active movements to hydrate & recondition connective tissue, & improve functional movement.

Start your day with an energizing power yoga class designed to build strength, stability, & flexibilty. Each session is centered around a peak pose with dynamic flows, core work & breath-driven movement to challenge & empower you!

All Levels
Gentle Flow is for both beginners & seasoned yogis who want to take it easy in class. This class allows time for openings to happen while building strength & elasticity & will leave you feeling refreshed & ready to take on your day.

Morning Fire Flow
Our All Levels class is designed for everybody & every body. Modifications are offered throughout class, allowing you the choice to welcome more gentle or challenging qualities into your practice. Expect to focus on the breath/movement connection, build a little heat & finish class with an enjoyable stretch.

Sun Flow
Are you ready to take your yoga practice up a notch? Join us for an hour of sweat, strength, creative yoga sequencing, & learning what your body can do! Our Advanced Flow is a delightfully challenging Power/Vinyasa class where you can expect to increase your flexibility, stamina & cognition while challenging yourself with inversions, arm balancing, & breathwork. We promise you'll leave feeling ready to tackle anything! *Prior yoga classes encouraged

Brewga
Our Sun Flow is a warmer style class that starts by honoring the sun with eight to ten rounds of Sun Salutations. This awakens & energizes the entire body from head to toe. Each round will add something new as we progressively move through practice with intention, while bringing clarity into the mind. The body will be rewarded with several moments of a cooling meditation.

Advanced Flow
Everyone can get in on our amazing Hatha-style class, Brewga! Expect to deeply stretch, build heat & stamina, fire up that core & work on strengthening & lengthening. All this wraps up nicely with a donation-based pint of Calfkiller beer after class. *Must be 21 to enjoy an adult beverage post class. Limit 1 beer per person per class. Suggested beer donation $5.
