Discover the rejuvenating power of combining "Self-Myofascial Release" (SMR) & "Fascia flossing" using tools like foam rollers & resistance bands by targeting the connective tissue beneath the skin (fascia) to help release, stress, muscle tension, address postural imbalances, stimulate & enhance blood flow/circulation, improve gliding capacity over joints, & more!
"Fascia Flossing" is a therapeutic technique designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, & enhance tissue recovery, by targeting the connective tissue that surrounds & supports muscles, joints, & internal organs. It involves dynamic, active movements to hydrate & recondition connective tissue, & improve functional movement.
